1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.3 Account Security

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from any authorized or unauthorized use of your account.

3. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl887 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to any User exceed the amount of funds deposited by that User into their jl887 account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

7.3 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jl887 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of jl887 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any legal action, Users agree to first attempt resolution through jl887's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as appropriate under Philippine gaming regulations.

Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jl887. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

9. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND TERMINATION

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any remaining balance will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method following settlement of any pending wagers or wagering requirements.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close User accounts at its sole discretion with or without notice if breach of these Terms is suspected or detected, if fraudulent or illegal activity is identified, if the account remains inactive for an extended period, if required by regulatory authorities, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.

Upon account closure, whether voluntary or involuntary, all licenses and rights granted under these Terms immediately terminate. Users must cease all use of jl887 Services and may not create new accounts without prior written authorization from the Company.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure: jl887 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, natural disasters, or failures of third-party service providers.
